These were so good! I have the mala spicy dry noddles and it was delicious. The noodles are great and then there's kimchi and peppers that soak up the flavor! *chef kiss* the honey chicken wings were perfect and hot! Servers were very kind and quick. It's a smaller space with lots of patrons for dinner. I would eat here all the time if I lived in Seattle! If I ever come back I need dumplings! I liked the spiked chai tea (I can't remember the real name). This was so good!

The food at Biang Biang was amazing and I'll get to that in a second, but it was by far the service that made my experience so great. I expected a long wait when I told the server I had a party of 7, so waiting was no issue, especially since people were running late. When people kept showing up with unplanned for +1s, I felt so bad repeatedly asking the hostess if she could add one more to our party. It was a busy night, and we were fortunate that a whole section opened up as soon as the last person arrived. The staff were incredibly flexible and accommodating (though I never want to be That Guy again), and our huge party of 10 was able to sit together. The noodles were incredible, the broths rich and savory, and the meats tender. The portions were large and filling. I got the appetizer chicken wings, which were cooked perfectly and so crispy. When a full table is completely silent, you know the food is good. I look forward to visiting Seattle so I can come back and try the dry rub noodles.

Capitol Hill residents who love noodles will find Paradise at Bang Bang Noodle. Wide noodles at Bang Bang Noodle are exceptional when combined with chili oil for an incredible experience. Guests will find fast service at Bang Bang Noodle due to their friendly staff however they must arrive early to secure seating during peak hours. Waiting time brings no regrets because the experience is totally worth the delay. Super laid-back vibe--don't miss it!

Mala beef dry noodles - strong numbing Mala flavor, meat is super tender and slid off the bone easily. Noodles are chewy yet soft, they might be wide but are super easy to split in half with chopsticks. Served in a huge bowl but portion perfect for 1, could share btw 2. Soup version is just more comforting, perfect for a rainy day. Staff friendly and service super quick. There's a row of paid street parking on the side of shop.

Comfort food forever and always!!!! After fasting all day, Biang Biang was all I craved today. And luckily, their service is crazy fast. We got all three dishes within 5-10 minutes of ordering.

The ambience of this restaurant is lively with upbeat music. There are red lanterns hanging and a beautiful large mural against the wall. The service was quick and water was filled promptly. Mala Spicy Beef Dry Mix Noodles: The handmade noodles were the perfect amount of chewiness. The beef was thinly cut and a little on the dry end. Mala flavor was strong and a good amount of spiciness. Would 100% come back for the noodles and trying the other dishes.

My family and I came in at around 8 on a Saturday night. The wait wasn't too long, but we got lucky because people started rushing in soon after. The server that helped us was so sweet and kind. We ordered the Kung Pao Spaghetti, Garlic Cream Fettucini, and the Lettuce Wraps. I'm really glad they brought back the lettuce wraps! We missed them so much. I also tried the peach lemonade, which was pretty delicious. The portions were large, and the food tasted great. It's always a good experience here

Highkey would eat here everyday if i could! Incredible flavors, lively atmosphere, and prompt service - Definitely one of my new Seattle food obsessions :) Their hand-pulled noodles are wide, flat, and wonderfully chewy! The Stewed Pork Belly Dry Mix has melt-in-your-mouth tender meat with superb seasoning - a total crowd pleaser. The Mala Spicy Beef Noodle Soup has an amazing broth that's lightly numbing. Don't skip out on the appetizers! Loved the Sichuan Honey Wings - Juicy, umami chicken with a crunchy exterior, covered in a sweet and savory glaze! House Chili Tofu comes as crispy fried cubes with a soft center, yummy. Maybe skip the Fried Chicken Bao & Xi'an Popcorn Chicken - They're okay and paled in comparison to the rest of the meal. Highly recommend adding Biang Biang to your Seattle bucket list!
